We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Partner – Systems to support Finance and wider business systems, ensuring data integrity and delivering effective business solutions across the organisation.

Based at Westgold’s Perth Head Office in our modern new offices, this is a permanent, full‑time position working a Monday to Friday roster.



Reporting to the Supervisor – Business Systems, this role plays a key part in maintaining and enhancing our ERP environment while partnering closely with stakeholders across the business.



About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting finance and business systems, with a strong focus on ERP administration and system optimisation. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes, develop system solutions, and ensure the integrity and usability of business data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead administrator for the ERP system (Pronto Xi 770)
  • Maintain user access, system security, and data integrity
  • Design and develop business solutions across various systems
  • Develop and maintain user guides and system documentation
  • Support finance and operational teams across supply chain, maintenance, and finance functions
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on system‑related projects
About You

You are a proactive and detail‑oriented professional with strong ERP and business systems experience. You enjoy working collaboratively and have a positive, solutions‑focused mindset.

You will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience across business functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, or Maintenance
  • Strong experience administering ERP systems (Pronto Xi experience highly regarded)
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • A team‑oriented, can‑do attitude
Qualifications

  • CA or CPA qualification (preferred but not essential)
  • Considerable experience administering ERP systems
